Whatever it takes, whenever it’s needed
“I have been an avid follower of these realtors work for quite a while when I decided to reach out to them on a whim to see where they would price my restored Fan home. Their response peaked my interest tremendously. I ended up meeting with April in person and from then on had nothing but a great experience with her and her team. She perfected the timing of my listing on the market - waiting a few weeks after the holidays to list it. In the interim she had a few contractors come by to install nice baseboards in our finished basement and it looked fantastic! It was also very reasonably priced and she handled all the details. The open house saw over 100 visitors which was completely unexpected (by me!) We received a verbal offer at the open house and several others followed as well. April explained the strengths and weaknesses of the offers and we selected one. All were WELL over listing price. April was great at keeping me abreast of the progress of the sale. On closing day I found the buyers weren’t going to close unless a large new piece of furniture (that I thought they wanted) was removed from the basement. With just hours to spare April had her team come to remove the furniture so the buyers would close on time. April and her team are very professional, know the Fan real estate market very well, and go above and beyond for their clients! I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy in Richmond city!
