“Part Real Estate Expert, Part Therapist, Part Friend and Part Rolodex”

I moved from out of the area into Richmond and discovered April when I was looking at one of her listings. I bought a different house instead, but April made the whole process absolutely seamless. She is part real estate expert, part therapist, part friend and part rolodex. She hooked me up with a terrific painter and house cleaner who got in before I moved - and she brought me the sweetest housewarming presents. She is funny, smart, and no-nonsense. I trust her completely with respect to the whole house purchasing process, and as a lawyer by training, I don’t really trust anyone. She has my fullest recommendation

Hive is AWESOME!!! In November 2018 my husband and I were contemplating a new home. In my communications with realtors, I explained that I was in the pre-contemplation phase, that I did not want to be put on a mailing list, that I only wanted to communicate via email, and that should I find something that interested us, I would contact them in the Spring. Hive realtors were the ONLY realtors that respected my wishes, so I gave them a try. A couple of months later, we found our home. The team was AWESOME throughout the entire process, very knowledgable about the market and business. Communicating with them was no problem as they immediately acknowledged texts/emails and kept us informed on every step of the process. Did I mention they are super personable? Always positive and always with a smile. You just feel good around the team. They also found us a superb loan officer. You will not regret hiring them.

The team was highly recommended to us by a number of friends who had them as their realtors, so we knew right away it would be perfect for us. We searched for our home for over a year and a half and the team was always patient, consistent and so optimistic and enthusiastic in communication with us. They helped us narrow down the area of town that best suited us and were extremely knowledgeable about the details of each neighborhood we searched (which were a lot!).
