The broker and realtors at Hive believe their sales and listing production speak for themselves. RAR* data from 2015 through year end 2019 indicates that individually they are is consistently in the top 10% of all Richmond agents both in terms of sales dollars and number of homes. Considering there are currently 3000+ licensed agents doing business in the area - that’s quite a stat!
In addition to MLS based listings (that are tracked by RAR) during the same time period approximately 14% of the brokerages sales have been off-market - meaning the homes were sourced for clients before they went on market. For these guys, this happens most often when sellers call to see if they have potential buyers, especially for “project” homes. In addition, they source homes for buyers through direct mail to specific neighborhoods - seeking those considering a sale, but not quite there yet.
*RAR is the Richmond Association of Realtors which, through the MLS system tracks all on market sales and listings.
